Can I keep a cat indoors all the time?

Many people prefer to keep their cats indoors all the time. This has advantages in areas close to heavy traffic or where the general cat population is high, (more possibility of fights). Make sure your indoor cat has plenty of stimulating toys, time to interact with you regularly and perhaps a feline companion.
